IMPORTANT: Transition Rules for Acci-Flex Accidental Death Benefit Insurance

Effective October 12, Assurity will launch the new Accidental Death Insurance Plus in all states except DC, MA, ME, NH, NM, NY, and OR. Acci-Flex Accidental Death Benefit Insurance will be discontinued as states approve the new Accidental Death Insurance Plus.

For states that have approved the new Accidental Death Insurance Plus for launch on October 12, applications for Acci-Flex will be accepted if signed, dated and received at Assurity by November 12.
